Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, never ask for health details, and never sell your information.
What we collect
If you subscribe to The Longevity Letter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. If you write through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.
Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other health information through this site. It is not designed to receive medical details, and we ask you to keep them with your own clinicians.
How it's used
The Longevity Letter has not launched yet, so no subscription data is currently collected. When it launches, email addresses will be used solely to send the newsletter you asked for. Contact messages are used only to reply to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Third-party providers
Programs and supplements are delivered by independent third-party providers on their own websites, under their own terms and privacy policies. When you follow a link to Well World or Designs for Health, anything you share there is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not this one.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To have your contact message or subscription details deleted, email matthew@mjmoody.com and we'll take care of it.
